Meeting invitations vs text emails

Good day!

Lotus Notes can differentiate the meeting invitations and plain emails using the field "Form" that you can check from the document properties.

An email will have a value "Memo" and a meeting invitation will come in as "Appointment".

It may require a lot of changes in order to make this WebEx email come in as a meeting invitation since there are still other fields required to ensure that it will show up in the calendar and will have a correct workflow(e.g. StartDateTime, EndDateTime, $CSTrack).

Here's a documentation for the complete calendar schema used in Lotus Notes:

Hope this helps!
